Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g yogurt substitute (oat yogurt)
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp oil
- e.g. garden cress
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Wash the cress and finely chop with scissors or chop with a knife. Mix the cress with the remaining ingredients and season to taste. The dip goes well with bread and vegetables, but also tastes great as a light burger custard.
