When you need something really quick! Also tastes great with minced meat
Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces. Dice the onion, trim the leek, and slice it into rings. Brown the meat, onion, and leek in the butter, pour in a little stock, and simmer for a few minutes until the leek reaches the right consistency for you (I, for example, prefer it soft). Add the entire curry sauce and a little more stock if desired—depending on how thick or thin you want the sauce. You can also add a splash of cream! Season to taste with salt, black pepper, and curry powder (or other spices to taste). Rice is best served with this dish. We also really like it (I like it even better) with minced meat. You can also easily add other vegetables (like carrots). The recipe is very versatile. This recipe doesn’t require any great cooking skills… but it tastes delicious and is great if you don’t have much time to cook!
