Simple currywurst with great sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 curry sausages
  • 3 tbsp applesauce
  • 1 tbsp paprika powder, sweet
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 250 ml ketchup
  • 150 ml chicken broth or beef broth
  • Curry powder for sprinkling

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quick – easy – delicious

Fry the sausages in a pan until golden brown on all sides. Combine applesauce, paprika, curry powder, ketchup, and broth in a small saucepan and heat gently. To serve, slice the fried sausages, pour the warm sauce over them, and garnish with a little curry powder. Serve with fries, of course.
