Simple fruit pudding

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 large banana(s) , or 2 normal
  • 1 handful of blueberries
  • 3 small strawberries
  • ½ apple
  • some coconut flakes, for decoration
  • some agave syrup

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 10 minutes

vegan, very easy and super tasty

Roughly dice the banana(s), strawberries, and apple and add them to a blender with the other ingredients. Blend thoroughly for about 30 seconds using either the “smoothie” or “interval” setting. Alternatively, puree with an immersion blender. Refrigerate overnight for best results, but chill for at least 2-3 hours. The banana will give it a pudding-like consistency. Sprinkle with coconut flakes before serving. Also delicious with wheat bran.
