Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter, room temperature
- 5 tbsp parsley
- 5 tbsp chives
- n. B. Mixed herbs, others of your choice
- 3 cloves garlic
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
great for grilling
Combine the room-temperature butter and herbs in a bowl and mix. Press the garlic cloves and add them. Let it rest in the refrigerator for another hour, if necessary. Tips: If you want to serve the herb butter as a spread, simply add a little cream, milk, or water to dilute it. The garlic can also be omitted.
