- 300 g cream cheese
- 3 m.-large lemon(s), untreated
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 tsp sweetener, liquid

without cooking, ready in 5 minutes, makes about 600 g of slightly sweet, pleasantly sour cream.
Wash, zest, and squeeze the lemons. Combine the juice, zest, and some of the pulp in a bowl. Stir in the cream cheese and sour cream and sweeten to taste. Refrigerate until ready to use. This yields approximately 600g of slightly sweet, pleasantly sour cream.
