Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 375 g wheat flour (type 1050)
- 125 g rye flour (type 1150)
- 125 g sourdough (rye sourdough)
- 350 ml water
- 10 g salt
- 10 g yeast
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Mix the flours and then add the sourdough. Dissolve the yeast and salt in the water and stir in. Knead the dough for 8-10 minutes. Then form a loaf and bake at 250°C until the desired browning is achieved. Reduce the temperature to 180°C. The bread is ready when it sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
