Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 70 g oat flakes
- 25 g almonds, sliced
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp milk
- 4 tbsp coconut oil or melted butter
- 4 tbsp honey, maple syrup or agave syrup
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch of salt
- e.g. cinnamon
- e.g. Ginger, grated

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

First, combine the dry ingredients, then add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour the mixture into cookie shapes on a baking sheet and press down lightly to prevent them from crumbling. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 12 to 15 minutes. This recipe yields approximately 12 cookies, depending on the size.
