Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 2 ½ kg potatoes
  • 1 jar salad cream (Miracle Whip Balance)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 apple
  • 5 eggs, boiled
  • ½ jar pickles
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 400 g ham, cooked

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 15 minutes

Grandma’s recipe

Boil the potatoes in their skins, let them cool, peel them, and slice or dice them. Chop the onion, apple, cucumber, eggs, and cooked ham into small pieces and add them. Mix in the mayonnaise, sour cream, and mustard, season, and refrigerate. It’s best to prepare the day before.
