Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 radish(s), red
- some oil
- some salt and pepper
- 1 ½ lemon(s), juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
of red radish
Clean the radish and finely grate or slice it, place it in a bowl, and season with salt and pepper. Pour the lemon juice over it and drizzle with a little oil. Finally, mix everything thoroughly and let it sit for a while, if desired. It goes perfectly with buttered bread or as a raw vegetable salad dessert.
