makes about 10 rolls

Put the flour, sugar and salt in a bowl and mix well. Break the yeast into small pieces and mix it in. Fold in the softened margarine flakes. Gradually mix in the milk and knead everything into a smooth dough. Then knead the chocolate in small pieces into the dough. Now let the dough prove in the covered bowl for about 1 hour. Form 10 small balls from the dough and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Leave some space between the rolls as they will still rise. Let rise again for about 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees top/bottom heat. The rolls go on the middle rack of the preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
