Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 salad (lettuce)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 4 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 5 tbsp balsamic vinegar, white
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp chives, dried
  • Salt
  • Black pepper, ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

goes well with all dishes

Combine oil, vinegar, water, and mustard in a bowl and mix. Finely chop the onion and add it along with salt, pepper, chives, and sugar. Trim the lettuce and add it. Mix thoroughly and serve immediately. Never let any of it stand, as this will cause the salad to wilt. The dressing itself will keep in the refrigerator for several days.
