Simple salmon curd

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g cream cheese, not grainy
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 1 bunch dill, finely chopped
  • 300 g smoked salmon
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 10 minutes

Combine the cream cheese and sour cream. Finely chop the dill and add it. Cut the salmon into small pieces and add it as well. Mix everything well and season with pepper and salt, if desired. Let it sit in the refrigerator for a day. It goes great with boiled potatoes, or you can use it as a dip.
