Simple Stir-fry Turkey Vegetables

The perfect simple stir-fry turkey vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Turkey breast
  • 1 x Red peppers
  • 1 x Cream / sour cream 30% fat or cream cheese
  • 1 x Zucchini green
  • 1 x Stock cube
  • 2 x Spring onions fresh
  • 250 g Fresh mushrooms
  1. Wash the turkey breast and cut into small cubes, wash and cut the peppers, zucchini, spring onions and mushrooms as well. First put some oil or butter, depending on your taste, in a coated pan. Let it get hot and add the turkey breast. Let sear until the pieces have no more pink spots (middle setting on the stove recommended) Put the stock cube in a cup, stir with a teaspoon of lukewarm water and spread over the turkey breast. Now simply add the sour cream or cream cheese to the pan and Mix well, now add the vegetables (peppers, zucchini, mushrooms and spring onions) and cook for about 15 minutes (I recommend setting 1-3). Green pasta or rice also taste very good. A little tip, I’ve never had to season this dish before, but salt or pepper are of course allowed depending on your taste 🙂
