Simple tomato and mince sauce for spaghetti

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed, or just minced beef
  • 50 g soup vegetables, frozen
  • 800 g tomatoes, in pieces, from the can
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • ½ tsp dried Italian herbs
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Dice the onion and garlic clove and sauté in 2 tablespoons of oil. Add the ground beef and season with salt and pepper. Add the package of frozen soup vegetables and sauté for 3 minutes. Then add the tomatoes and Italian herbs to the ground beef and let it simmer for about 15 minutes. Finally, add the tomato paste and chopped parsley and season everything again with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs. Cook the spaghetti and serve with a little Parmesan cheese.
