Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 frozen beef burgers
  • 2 rolls
  • 2 slices of cheese, variety of your choice
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • 30 g herb butter
  • Sea salt, from the mill
  • Pepper, colorful, from the mill
  • chili flakes
  • Fat, for the pan

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

baked beef burgers with herb butter slices

Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat). Slice the buns widthwise, place on a baking sheet, and bake on the middle rack for 10 minutes. Brush the finished slices with herb butter. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, cook the burgers on both sides, and season. Halve the cheese slices and place two halves overlapping each on a burger. Place a slice of tomato on each burger and season. Cover and wait until the cheese has softened. Arrange the buns and burgers on a plate, placing the remaining tomato around the edge as decoration. Quick, easy, and delicious.
