Sister’s Delicious Marble Cake Recipe

Stir until creamy
- 200 g Warm butter
- 160 g Sugar
- 1 tbsp Vanilla sugar
- 1 Msp Grated lemon peel
- 2 Eßl Rum or amaretto

- 280 g Spelled flour type 630
- 0,5 packet Baking powder
Beat stiff
- 6 Pc. Protein
- 1 pinch Salt

- 120 ml Warm milk
Unsweetened cocoa
- 20 g Unsweetened cocoa
- Butter a 26 cm cake tin well and sprinkle with semolina. Preheat the oven to 150-160C.
- Mix the butter and the other ingredients until creamy, slowly add the egg yolks one by one.
- Beat the egg whites, salt and sugar until stiff.
- Mix the flour, heat the milk and add the flour and milk alternately to the creamy dough.
- Fold in the egg whites.
- Place half of the batter in the cake pan.
- Mix the other half with the cocoa and pour onto the light batter.
- Using a large fork, draw a pattern through both doughs.
