Skewers Motley

The perfect skewers motley recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Red pepper
  • 2 Apricots fresh
  • 1 disc Melon
  • 2 balls Buffalo mozzarella
  • 2 balls Leaves of basil
  • 2 slices Toasted bread, Toasted
  • 6 slices Raw ham of your choice
  • Olive oil
  • Chilli powder
  • Oregano
  1. Cut the apricots, melon, bell peppers, mozzarella, toasted bread into pieces of roughly the same size for skewers. Cut the ham slices lengthways in the middle and then turn the slices into small rolls.
  1. Now put the fruit, cheese and vegetables on each skewer. Put some basil leaves in between. Brush the skewers (there will be 2) with olive oil. Then sprinkle with chilli powder, salt, oregano.
  1. Preheat the oven vigorously to 200 g top-bottom heat..for no longer than 10 minutes put the skewers on the grate.Then the mozzarella begins to melt..then quickly out of the oven .. tastes great with, for example, sweet chilli sauce the way you like it .. you no longer need any side dishes.
