Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 egg(s)
- 50 g breadcrumbs
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 8 slices of bacon
- Oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Minced meat rolls wrapped in bacon
Mix all ingredients except the bacon in a bowl. Add enough breadcrumbs to form a lump that won’t fall apart. Rinse your hands under cold running water to ensure they’re completely cool. Form the minced meat into four rolls and wrap them in the bacon. Fry over low heat for 12 minutes, turning frequently.
