Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 12 Bratwurst (Nuremberg Bratwurst)
- 90 g bacon
- some oil for frying
- 150 g oyster mushrooms
- 1 onion(s)
- 150 g crème fraîche
- 1 tbsp sherry
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- pepper
- 1 bunch of parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cut the grilled sausages into pieces. Dice the bacon. Clean and wash the oyster mushrooms, and halve or quarter them. Peel and dice the onion. Fry the bacon cubes in heated oil and fry the sausage pieces in it. Add the diced onion and oyster mushrooms and sauté. Whisk together the crème fraîche, sherry, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper and add to the sausages. Allow the liquid to reduce slightly. Wash and finely chop the parsley, and sprinkle over the top. Serve immediately. Mashed potatoes are delicious with this dish.
