Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g tagliatelle pasta
- 1 onion(s), red
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 100 g ham, raw
- 2 tbsp oil (sunflower oil)
- 1 can of mushrooms
- n. B. Pfeffer
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Dice the raw ham. Peel the onions and slice into half rings. Drain the mushrooms and chop finely. Peel and press the garlic. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente and drain through a sieve. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the ham. Add the onions and garlic and fry. Then add the drained mushrooms. Season with pepper to taste. Finally, add the cooked pasta and mix everything well in the pan. Serve hot.
