Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 apples, sour
  • 500 g pork fillet(s)
  • 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 125 ml white wine
  • 125 ml broth
  • 125 ml apple juice
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • salt and pepper
  • marjoram

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Finely dice the onions, peel, core, and chop the apples. Cut the meat into thin strips. Season the meat with salt and pepper and sear in hot oil. Remove the meat from the pan and set aside. Add butter to the pan and sauté the onions until translucent. Add the apples and honey, glaze until light brown, deglaze with white wine, and top up with stock and apple juice. Simmer for 4-6 minutes. Finally, stir the crème fraîche into the sauce and simmer for another 5 minutes. Heat the meat in the sauce. Sprinkle with a little marjoram and bring everything back to a boil briefly.
