Sliced meat in Cheese and Cress Sauce
The perfect sliced meat in cheese and cress sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Sliced pork
- Salt and pepper
- 1 Fresh onion
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 cm Ginger
- 0,5 liter Vegetable broth
- 200 g Cream cheese
- 0,5 packet Fresh organic cress
- 1 tablespoon Margarine for frying
- 5 Splash Worcester sauce
- Wash and dry the shredded meat. Season with salt and pepper, peel and finely dice the garlic and onion, peel and finely chop the ginger.
- Heat the fat in the pan, add the meat and roast, then add the onion, the garlic and the ginger and let them roast briefly,
- Pour the vegetable stock and simmer gently for 5 minutes.
- Then add the cheese in chunks, let it melt, stir in the chopped cress and season with Worcester sauce.
- We had tortellini from the cooling shelf to make them myself. I don’t have the time during the week.
