  • 1 apple, red
  • 2 stalk(s) leeks
  • 200 g cream cheese with herbs
  • 125 ml vegetable stock
  • 2 tsp marjoram
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the meat into strips, the leek into rings, and the apple into small pieces. Brown the meat in oil. Then add the leek and apple, mix briefly, and pour in the vegetable stock. Let it simmer. Stir in the cream cheese and marjoram. Season with mustard, salt, and pepper. Serve with pasta (the ribbons).
