Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g tagliatelle, green
- Salt
- 500 g chicken breast fillet(s) (alternatively pork, turkey, or turkey fillet)
- 4 tbsp butter
- pepper
- 1 can/n saffron powder
- 1 ½ tsp pepper, pickled green
- 200 ml cream
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Brown the sliced meat in 3 tablespoons of butter for 3-4 minutes, season with salt and pepper, and remove. Add the saffron powder, green pepper, and cream to the pan juices. Bring to a boil while stirring. Mix the cornstarch with a little water to thicken the sauce. Add the meat back in. Heat the remaining butter and toss the pasta in it. Rice also works well instead of pasta.
