Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g tagliatelle, green
  • Salt
  • 500 g chicken breast fillet(s) (alternatively pork, turkey, or turkey fillet)
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • pepper
  • 1 can/n saffron powder
  • 1 ½ tsp pepper, pickled green
  • 200 ml cream
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Brown the sliced ​​meat in 3 tablespoons of butter for 3-4 minutes, season with salt and pepper, and remove. Add the saffron powder, green pepper, and cream to the pan juices. Bring to a boil while stirring. Mix the cornstarch with a little water to thicken the sauce. Add the meat back in. Heat the remaining butter and toss the pasta in it. Rice also works well instead of pasta.
