Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g pasta (macaroni)
- 400 g sausage (hunting sausage), diced
- oil
- Flour
- 1 bottle of tomato ketchup
- salt and pepper, pepper
- 1 onion(s)
- Water
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cook the pasta until al dente. Fry the sausage and the quartered onion in oil. Sprinkle some flour over it and mix with water. Add ketchup, thinning with more water if necessary. Simmer and season with salt and pepper. The name of the recipe comes from my mom’s fondness for cooking this pasta in the “Eastern” days.
