Sliced ​​meat with herb charlets

  • 125 g Fork spaghetti
  • 500 g Turkey breast fillet
  • 1 Paat Herb char (leftovers)
  • Rapeseed oil to taste
  • Salt, gourmet pepper to taste
  • 0,5 tbsp Wheat flour
  • 250 ml Chicken broth
  • 250 ml Soy Cuisine
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 branch Spice - Thyme (from our own garden)

Instructions
 

  • First, cook the fork spaghetti according to the instructions, drain and drain. Keep warm and set aside. Wash the turkey breast fillet, pat dry and cut into strips. Heat the rapeseed oil in a pan and fry the turkey strips in it, season with salt & gourmet pepper, remove and set aside.
  • Peel the onion, slice it into thin slices and clean the herb charcoal, cut into small pieces. Put both together in the pan and sauté briefly over medium heat while stirring. Then dust the whole thing with the wheat flour and pour the poultry broth / bring to the boil.
  • Then add the soy cuisine and put the meat strips that were taken away back into the pan with the other ingredients. Turn the heat down and simmer for a few minutes. Season everything again with salt, gourmet pepper, spice - thyme, season to taste. Place the cooked fork spaghetti in the middle of a deep plate and put the sliced ​​meat on top.
