Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 kg turkey or pork
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green
  • 400 g whipped cream
  • 4 onions
  • 4 tbsp mustard
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • dill

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Cut the meat into cubes, season with salt and pepper, and sear well. Chop the red and green bell peppers and onions in a speedy grinder, or chop them as finely as possible. Add the cream to the meat, along with the chopped bell peppers and onions. Then gently season with mustard, honey, and dill and simmer for about 30 minutes over low heat in a covered pan. Season again to taste. Serve with rice.
