Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g pork strips or fillet
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 200 g bacon cubes
  • 1 jar mango chutney, approx. 200 g
  • 200 ml sweet cream, approx. 200 g
  • 1 class can/n mushrooms, approx. 170 g
  • 1 tbsp, leveled curry powder
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 n. B. Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Peel the onion and dice it into small pieces. Fry the bacon cubes in a pan, then add the diced onion and cook. Remove the bacon and onions from the pan. Add a little oil to the pan. Fry the meat with the drained mushrooms until nicely browned. Add the bacon and onions again. Add the mango chutney to the pan and cook briefly. Pour in the cream, but do not let it boil again. Season with salt, black pepper, and curry powder. I always serve it with rice and a fresh leaf salad.
