Sliced turkey with Apples

- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 Apples
- 1 Fresh onion
- 400 g Turkey breast
- Salt
- Pepper
- Marjoram
- 100 ml Cider
- 150 ml Broth
- 200 g Creme fraiche Cheese
- 2 tsp Mustard
- Sugar
- Rinse the meat, pat dry and cut into strips. Peel and quarter the onion. Let the oil get hot. Fry the turkey strips in it until brown. Add the onion and fry with it. Season with salt, pepper and marjoram. Pour in apple cider and let it boil down a little.
- Pour the broth. Stir in the creme fraiche and mustard. Add apples and let hot. Season the sauce again and serve. Spaetzle also taste good. Enjoy your meal!
