Slightly Different Pizza

for the dough

  • 200 g Spelled flour
  • 0,5 piece Yeast cubes

  • 100 ml Milk
  • 3 tablespoon Olive oil

  • 100 g Goat cream cheese

  1. Put the flour in a bowl and make a well in the middle and crumble the yeast, pour the sugar over it and mix a pre-dough with the lukewarm milk
