Slightly Different Pizza
The perfect slightly different pizza recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
for the dough
- 200 g Spelled flour
- 0,5 piece Yeast cubes
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 100 ml Milk
- 3 tablespoon Olive oil
Covering
- 100 g Goat cream cheese
- That’S 5 thalers
- 3 tablespoon Milk
- 1 piece Majorance branch
- 3 piece Sprig of thyme
- 16 piece Fresh plum
- 3 teaspoon Sugar brown raw sugar
- Put the flour in a bowl and make a well in the middle and crumble the yeast, pour the sugar over it and mix a pre-dough with the lukewarm milk
- approx. Let rise for 10 minutes. Add the oil and knead everything into a smooth dough
- Either grease a 25cm x 40 cm tray or line it with baking paper, roll out the yeast dough and place on the tray
- Wash the plums, cut in half and remove the core, wash the herbs and pat dry
- Stir the goat cheese with milk until smooth, pluck the thyme leaves, add the marjoram, cut into small pieces and stir in
- Spread the cheese mixture on the dough, cover with the halved plums and sprinkle the plums with brown sugar
- Bake at 175 degrees circulating air for about 25 minutes
