Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g flour, type 550 or spelt flour
- 100 g sugar
- 250 g low-fat yogurt
- 4 tsp oil (almond oil or rapeseed oil)
- 3 eggs, class M
- 4 medium-sized apples, Royal Gala approx. 650g
- 1 tsp brown rum
- 1 pack of cream of tartar baking powder
- 20 g almond flakes, for sprinkling

Peel the apples, core them, slice them thinly, and cover. Mix all the other ingredients with a mixer on the lowest speed until a soft dough forms (do not overcook or use the highest speed!). Spread the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Arrange the apple slices on top and sprinkle with the flaked almonds. Bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) without preheating for 15-20 minutes.
