Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 rye roll or spelt roll
  • some butter
  • 5 slice(s) cheese, thinly sliced
  • 5 thin cucumber slices
  • Salt
  • 4 slices of salmon ham
  • 1 gherkin(s)
  • 10 grapes
  • some mustard, medium hot

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 18 minutes

Boil the egg in boiling water for 8 minutes. Cut the bread roll open and spread with butter. Spread a thin layer of mustard on the bottom half and place the cheese on top. Thinly slice the cucumber and sprinkle with a little salt. Place the cucumber slices on the cheese. Cover the top half of the bread roll with the smoked ham, slice the gherkin, and place on top. Rinse the egg in cold water, peel it, cut it in half, sprinkle with a little salt if desired, and arrange it on the plate with the grapes. Of course, you can use less or more cold cuts. Serve with a nice cup of coffee: a delicious start to the day.
