Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 120 g flour
- 45 g almond(s), ground
- 60 g sugar
- 100 g butter or margarine, cold
- 1 tsp, leveled cinnamon powder
- 2 tbsp almond flakes
- 200 g plum jam
Instructions

Combine flour, ground almonds, sugar, cinnamon, and butter to form crumbles. Pour about 2/3 of the batter into a small springform pan (18 or 20 cm) lined with baking paper and press down firmly, creating a small rim (about 1 cm). Spread the plum jam on the batter, then scatter the remaining crumbles and flaked almonds on top. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 22-25 minutes. Let the cake cool in the pan. Cinnamon whipped cream is delicious with it.
