Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 100 g chocolate (70% cocoa content
  • 130 g butter (40 g for the molds)
  • 120 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 60 g flour (20 g of which for the molds)

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

Biscuit just cuit au chocolat

In a saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate and butter, stir until smooth, and remove from the heat. In another bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until the mixture turns whitish. Add the 40 grams of flour and then slowly add the cooled chocolate. Mix everything well. Butter 6 ovenproof dishes (or ovenproof mugs), dust with flour, and pour in the mixture. Now chill everything for at least an hour! Preheat the oven to 200°C, place the dishes in the oven for 10 minutes (the center will still be a little runny), let them cool, and serve lukewarm!
