Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter or margarine
- 180 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 350 g flour
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 5 cups cornflakes
- 100 g chocolate, chopped
- 125 g raisins
- Grease for the tray
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Make a batter from the first 6 ingredients. Then carefully fold in the remaining ingredients. Form the dough into walnut-sized balls and place them on a greased baking sheet, leaving space between each ball. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
