Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200g chorizo
  • 100 g cheese (Manchego)
  • 4 eggs
  • 150 g light cream
  • 90 g wheat flour
  • 1 garlic clove(s), squeezed
  • Salt
  • pepper

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

You’ll need six ramekins. Line the ramekins with baking paper. Dice the chorizo, fry briefly, and set aside. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the crème légère until frothy. Stir in the flour. Add the milk, cheese, chorizo, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Divide the mixture among the prepared ramekins. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (320°F) for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
