Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g flour, wheat flour type 1050 or 405
- 1 cube of yeast
- 2 tsp salt
- 250 ml water, lukewarm
- 2 tsp pizza seasoning
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp sugar
- Rosemary, chopped
- Sea salt
- Pizza seasoning
- olive oil
- Milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly with a dough hook. Cover and let rise for about 1 hour. Then, form 4 round, flat flatbreads and let rise for another 10 minutes. Then, using your fingertips, make small indentations in the dough and brush with milk. Sprinkle with chopped rosemary, coarse sea salt, and pizza seasoning. Drizzle a little olive oil into the indentations. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes.
