Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 1 pack of HENGLEIN potato pancake dough
- 2 slices of ham
- 8 cubes of cheese
- 100 g breadcrumbs
- Oil for frying

1. Quarter the ham. 2. Place the ham and cheese on 2 tablespoons of potato pancake batter and top with another 1 tablespoon of potato pancake batter. 3. Seal tightly. 4. Coat the patties in breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil until golden brown. Per serving (8 pieces): 220 calories, 11 g protein, 26 g carbohydrates, 11 g fat
