Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 1 pack of HENGLEIN potato pancake dough
  • 2 slices of ham
  • 8 cubes of cheese
  • 100 g breadcrumbs
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

1. Quarter the ham. 2. Place the ham and cheese on 2 tablespoons of potato pancake batter and top with another 1 tablespoon of potato pancake batter. 3. Seal tightly. 4.
