Ingredients

  • For the dough
  • 500 gr Flour
  • 1 dice Yeast
  • 150 ml Milk
  • 100 ml Cooking oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 1 Egg
  • Filling
  • 1 Can Tuna in oil
  • 1 Can Ajvar mild
  • 1 pack Gouda cheese
  • To sprinkle:
  • 200 gr Sesame
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 2 tbsp Butter

Instructions

  • For the yeast dough, knead all the ingredients into a smooth dough until it no longer sticks. This dough doesn't have to rise ...
  • Shape the dough into balls of the same size, about the size of a peach. Roll out narrow, make 3 cuts above. First brush with ajvar, then top with some tuna and a strip of cheese. Roll up and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Of course, you can also fill it differently, but the combination of tuna and sesame goes very well together. Continue processing the rest of the dough.
  • Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with plenty of sesame seeds.
  • Bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes. Then distribute the melted butter on each particle and then continue to bake until they are golden brown. With this amount I got about 16 pieces. About 15-20 minutes depending on when you are done.
  • Done 🙂
