Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 broccoli
  • 80 g Parmesan
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 organic lemon(s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Crispy mashed broccoli

Cut the broccoli into florets and cook for about 4 minutes. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the florets on it, leaving some space between them. Flatten the florets with a glass or other object with a smooth surface. The thinner the florets, the crispier your broccoli will be. Now distribute the olive oil, spices, lemon zest, and Parmesan cheese over the florets and place in the oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20-25 minutes.
