Smoked pork casserole with broccoli

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 slices of smoked pork
  • 1 can of pineapple
  • 500 g broccoli
  • 4 cups of cream
  • 1 pack of cream cheese spread with herbs
  • 125 g butter
  • Cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Slice and steam the smoked pork, alternating pineapple, broccoli, and meat in a greased casserole dish. Heat the cream and melt the cheese spread in it, season with a little pineapple juice, and pour over the smoked pork and vegetables. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven at 200°C for about 45 minutes. Serve with rice or baguette.
