Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1,300 g smoked pork
- 2 bags of Rösti (frozen product)
- 3 cups of crème fraîche (herbs)
- 1 cup of sweet cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cut the smoked pork into approximately 1 cm thick slices and place on a baking sheet. Crumble the frozen rösti over the top. Mix the crème fraîche with the cream and spread it over the rösti. Bake for 60 minutes – done. Tip: If you like the meat especially juicy, use smoked pork neck.
