Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g Kasseler (alternatively cooked ham)
- 1 jar of pickles
- 1 jar cucumber(s) (mustard pickles)
- 1 jar pumpkin flesh, sweet and sour
- 250 g tomatoes
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 4 tbsp oil
- 3 tsp horseradish
- 3 tbsp herbs (dill, chives, parsley)
- Salt
- Pepper, white
- 4 eggs, hard-boiled
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes
Dice the smoked pork, cucumbers, pumpkin, and tomatoes. Mix the vinegar, oil, horseradish, salt, pepper, and finely chopped herbs to make a marinade. Finely chop the egg whites and add them. Mix the marinade thoroughly with the remaining ingredients and let everything marinate.
