Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 trout fillets, smoked
- 1 small cucumber(s), thinly sliced
- some dill, fresh, whole, for decoration
- 90 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 30 ml vinegar (white wine vinegar)
- 1 tsp dill, fresh, finely chopped
- some sea salt
- some black pepper, freshly ground
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Irish smoked Wicklow trout with cucumber
Combine the salad dressing ingredients in a shaker and shake well. Divide the trout fillets and cucumber slices among four plates and drizzle with the salad dressing. Sprinkle with the unchopped dill and serve with butter and dark bread.
