Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 trout fillets, cut into pieces
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 onion(s), finely diced
- ½ cucumber(s), diced
- 2 tbsp horseradish, hot
- 150 g sour cream
- e.g. salt and pepper
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- e.g. cress, chives or dill
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Whisk the horseradish, sour cream, and spices thoroughly, then fold in the vegetables and fish pieces. Mix in herbs to taste or sprinkle them over the salad as a garnish. This salad is great for a buffet. We especially like it with whole-grain bread or pumpernickel.
