Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g apricot(s) (frozen)
- 150 g cream cheese
- 600 ml milk
- some bitter almond flavor
- 4 tbsp raw cane sugar or sweetener

instead of a dessert
Thaw the apricots and purée them with the quark and milk using a hand blender or a blender. Add sugar and a few drops of bitter almond flavoring (careful not to add too much), if desired, and blend briefly again. Pour into 4 large glasses and serve instead of dessert.
