Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g quark
- 200 g crème fraîche
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1 bunch basil, finely chopped
- 1 tsp, heaped mustard, coarse-grained, hot
- 1 tsp mustard, sweet
- n. B. Salt and pepper from the mill
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
goes well with jacket potatoes, vegetable sticks or smoked trout
Whisk the quark until creamy, add the crème fraîche, milk, and both mustards, and mix thoroughly. Stir in the basil and season with salt and pepper.
