Smokey's simple raspberry dessert

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g raspberries, fresh
  • 2 tbsp raspberry syrup
  • 4 tbsp raspberry liqueur
  • 8 mint leaves

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

quick to make and very tasty

Place the raspberries in a bowl. Finely slice the mint and mix with the syrup and raspberry brandy. Carefully fold it into the berries. Cover and let it steep for about 30 minutes. Then pour into two bowls and serve. This light dessert can be combined with vanilla cream or vanilla ice cream.
