Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g pineapple, fresh
- 270 g melon(s), variety of your choice
- 150 ml coconut water
- ½ avocado(s)
- 10 mint leaves, fresh
Instructions
Working time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes
Peel the pineapple, chop it into small pieces, and set it aside. Peel the melon, remove the seeds if necessary, and chop it into small pieces. Set it aside for now. Peel the avocado with a spoon and place it in a blender with all the ingredients. Blend until smooth. Tip: If you want the smoothie to stay cool, you can freeze the coconut water and blend it with the ingredients while it’s frozen.
